Warranty Claim Form

Warranty Coverage is dependent on the Claro Fan you purchased.  Claro Range fans are backed by a 1-Year in home followed by a 3-Year motor replacement upon product registration.  The Essentials Range comes with a 1-Year Replacement Warranty.

Steps

1. Complete the Claim Form

You will need to provide proof of purchase and evidence of installation by a licensed electrician in the next step. 

2.  Your Warranty Claim Case is opened

Our warranty team will promptly email you a Case Number upon submission of your claim form. Please reply to this email with your proof of installation by a registered electrician and receipt.

3.  Your Claim will be reviewed

Our Warranty Team will review your case and process your claim if all requirements are met.

By submitting this claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Our authorised technician attends site to inspect and assess the reported issue, and resolve where possible. They cannot approve or decline warranty claims during the visit. All findings are reviewed by the Claro Warranty Team.
  • Please ensure safe and clear access to the fan at the scheduled time. If access is not available or the area is unsafe, a call-out fee may apply.
  • If the issue is found to be related to installation, electrical supply, environmental factors, misuse, or any cause outside of manufacturing fault, the visit may be treated as non-warranty and attendance costs may be charged.
  • Any additional work outside of warranty coverage will be chargeable.
  • Valid proof of purchase and evidence of installation by a licensed electrician may be required to assess your claim.
  • We expect respectful and courteous interaction with our staff and service technicians at all times.
  • Nothing in this notice limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
