Damaged Items

Upon receiving your order, please check the boxes to ensure all items listed in your order confirmation are present. Refrain from opening any boxes until you’re certain you’ve received the correct items. This can easily be determined using the information around product, size, inclusions and colour, provided on the packaging as cartons can often display generic images and may not be a correct representation of your item.

Faulty Items

Important: Many issues with ceiling fans stem from improper installation. If you experience problems such as wobbling, noise, or malfunction during or after installation, ask your electrician to leave the fans installed and contact the warranty helpline immediately (during business hours) for troubleshooting assistance. Carefully verify the item details on the packaging with your order confirmation. If the items received don’t match those in your order confirmation, complete the form below.

Missing Items or Parts

If your order is missing any item or part and you have carefully checked all items against your order confirmation, as well as internal packaging for smaller parts, please complete the form below within 7 days.

Change of Mind Returns / Exchanges (Credit)

While Australian Consumer Law doesn’t cover returns for change of mind, we do offer some flexibility. Common reasons include selecting the wrong size, colour, or model, no longer needing the item, or changing requirements.

If you wish to proceed with a return for change of mind, please review the following conditions to ensure compliance:

  • Notify us by submitting the form below within 14 days of purchase.
    Await acceptance from our Returns Team. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.
  • Return the item(s) at your expense within 14 days of receiving approval. No returns will be accepted after this period.
  • Goods must be in new, saleable condition—unopened and undamaged (including packaging).  Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Non-compliant returns will incur a $30 processing fee,
  • A restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns (see ‘Requesting a Refund’ and ‘Requesting an Exchange or Store Credit’ below).

We do have some instances that we cannot accept returns:

  1. Bulk orders (quantities of 5+).
  2. Items that are listed as special order and extension rods 100cm & above.
  3. Overseas orders.

By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge full responsibility for understanding and complying with these requirements. Submit your request using the forms below. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

 

Requesting a Refund

If your request for a refund is approved, we’ll refund the item’s cost, minus a 20% processing and restocking fee, as well as the original freight costs (including any discounted shipping offers you received). To request a refund, complete the form below.

Once submitted, we’ll respond within 2-4 business days with confirmation and further instructions. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 2-4 business days. For direct bank transfers, we’ll request your bank details.

Requesting an Exchange or Store Credit

If approved for an exchange or store credit, we’ll issue a voucher for the total item cost, minus a $35 processing fee and original freight costs. Complete the form below to request an exchange or credit.

We will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions if approved.
